Making a booking

We can provisionally hold a date for two weeks whilst other arrangements are made. After this time a deposit of £100 is required to secure the booking. If a deposit is not received, the booking will be released by ourselves.

The deposit paid is non-refundable, so please ensure you have read our terms and conditions before paying.

Final arrangements

We will invite you to the hotel around four weeks prior to the wedding to discuss final arrangements. Final numbers are required seven days prior to the reception, and we request your final account is settled within three days of your reception.
